GENERAL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration for the conference in advance, is critical to a fulfilling attendee experience.  Work with your program liaison to ensure you have “crossed all of the T’s and dotted all of the I’s”. 
Familiarize yourself with the following deadlines and information so you don’t miss out!
 
Monday, May 22, 2023
LETR International Conference registration opens. 2023 registration fees are $465.00 USD per attendee. Registration will close on Friday, September 15, 2023 at 5:00 pm EST.
 
Tuesday, August 15, 2023
First Deadline to submit a credit card authorisation form. Please contact Kami Delameter by email (see below) to get a copy of the CCA.

Friday, September 1, 2023
Deadline to submit a direct bill application. There is a $20,000 minimum dollar amount to apply for a direct bill. If you Program will meet this requirement, contact Kami Delameter by email for an application.

Friday, September 15, 2023
Conference registration and hotel reservation closes, after which time the conference rate may not apply, and hotel rooms may not be available. *NOTE* Cancellation and Substitution Policy: All cancellations, substitutions and registration modifications will be processed at no additional charge until Friday, September 15, 2023.

Friday, September 29, 2023
Final Deadline to submit a credit card authorisation form. Please contact Kami Delameter by email to get a copy of the CCA.
 

Monday, October 9, 2023
Deadline to pay for hotel accommodations with a check or cashier's check. Checks should be made payable to Sheraton Grand Chicago, attn: Accounting Department, 301 E North Water Street, Chicago, IL 60611.

The online Conference Registration system opened on Monday, May 22, 2023

All conference registrations and hotel reservations must be made through your LETR Program Liaison using this online registration system. Individual attendees may not register themselves. We encourage Liaisons to register conference attendees and book hotel reservations as soon as possible.


Registration closes on Friday, September 15, 2023

The conference registration site closes on Friday, September 15, 2023 at 5:00pm EDT. After this time the conference rate may not apply, hotel rooms may not be available, and registrants may not be included in the 2023 LETR International Conference Directory
