These two hotel properties are connected to the Devos Place Convention Center by the skywalk along with being connected to many great restaurants. They are also connected to each other so both are perfect your delegation.

USD $199 + taxes and fees up to double occupancy (approximately $229) per night.

All conference registrations and hotel reservations must be made through your LETR Program Liaison using this online registration system. Individual attendees may not register themselves. We encourage Liaisons to register conference attendees and book hotel reservations as soon as possible.

We hope you enjoy safe travels to Grand Rapids. If you are driving, you will find on-site self parking at the Amway Grand for a fee of $41 per night (plus taxes) and at the Courtyard for a fee of $29 per night (plus taxes). The hotels do not have the capacity for oversized vehicles.

If your journey is a bit longer, and you plan on flying, the Grand Rapids area is serviced by the Gerald Ford International Airport. The airport website (see link below) offers a multitude of ground transportation options for both groups and individuals. SO Michigan will share more information about a free transportation option closer to the conference. Please remember all transfer costs to the conference location from the airports are the responsibility of the individual/programs. Learn more about your transportation options here.
