LETR New Program Supply Kit Application

The LETR New Program Supply Kit is designed to help Special Olympics Programs successfully launch or expand a Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) within their community. Supported through the LETR Executive Council Growth Fund, this initiative provides essential resources and tools to establish a strong, visible, and sustainable LETR program.

Programs selected to receive a Supply Kit will be provided with core LETR-branded materials, including an official Torch Run flag, a standard LETR torch, and customized LETR program t-shirts to support local engagement and event execution. All kits are fulfilled through LETR Pro Partner Will Customized Products, ensuring quality and consistency with global LETR branding.

This opportunity is intended for programs that are actively engaging law enforcement and are committed to organizing a Torch Run or LETR-related event within the next 12 months. Programs in the planning or early development stages, as well as those looking to expand their current efforts, are encouraged to apply.

As part of the application, programs will outline their development plans, anticipated impact, and commitment to follow-up reporting, including sharing event results, photos, and participation data.

Funding is limited and applications are reviewed quarterly by the LETR Executive Council as part of the Growth Fund process.

Branding Guidelines

Our Program agrees to utilize all materials in alignment with Law Enforcement Torch Run® and Special Olympics branding guidelines.
