These guest rooms feature Hilton Serenity Collection beds complete with down-filled bedding and beautiful sheets. Additional in room amenities include a refrigerator, 50-inch HDTV, laptop safe, and iPod docking station.

USD $229 + taxes and fees up to double occupancy (approximately $265) per night.

All conference registrations and hotel reservations must be made through your LETR Program Liaison using this online registration system. Individual attendees may not register themselves. We encourage Liaisons to register conference attendees and book hotel reservations as soon as possible.

We hope you enjoy safe travels to the Hilton Minneapolis Downtown. If you are driving, you will find on-site self parking for a fee of $30 per night (plus taxes) or valet parking for $49 per night (plus taxes). The hotel does not have the capacity for oversized vehicles.

If your journey is a bit longer, and you plan on flying, the Minneapolis area is serviced by the Minneapolis - Saint Paul International Airport. The airport website (see link below) offers a multitude of ground transportation options for both groups and individuals including the Light Rail Transit. SO Minnesota will share more information about this option closer to the conference. Please remember all transfer costs to the conference location from the airports are the responsibility of the individual/programs. Learn more about your transportation options here.
