Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Cancellations, substitutions, and registration modifications may be made up to the registration closing date (September 5). Following that date, these changes may incur a $50 Change Fee. Cancellations made after September 19, 2025, are subject to a half registration fee refund. No refunds of the Conference Registration Fee will be made after October 3, 2025.

Conference Attendee: $480 (USD)
Conference Guest (Auction / Hall of Fame Banquet only - Limited amount available onsite): $125 (USD)
Host Night Guest: $20 per guest (purchase onsite)
