Program Submission Form

Share your local LETR officer’s “Why” with the World! Submit a 90-second to 2-minute video of a law enforcement officer sharing why they support Special Olympics through the Torch Run. Selected videos will be featured at the LETR International Conference and across global social media as part of our LETR awareness campaign. This is your chance to inspire others and show the heart behind the movement.

Video Guidelines:

Length: 90 seconds to 2 minutes (max)
Resolution: 1080p minimum
Preferred Format: Professionally produced (high-quality cell phone videos accepted in Landscape orientation only)
Sound: Record in a quiet space with clear audio, and microphones are encouraged
Do not include program-specific intros, outros, or logos — LETR Executive Council will add standardized “Find Your Why” graphics to each video
Programs are encouraged to incorporate geographical context naturally through the officer’s message
File Name Convention: Program Name_Subject Last Name_FindYourWhy_Year (i.e. SOILL_Peterson_FindYourWhy_2025)
